WHO IS HOMO GENESIS ?

Metanoia of Global Leadership: 

From Entropy to Syntropy, from Homo Sapiens to Homo Genesis

The development of humanity currently describes indifference within the framework of a paradigmatic transition, a turning point between traditional and readjustment of the foundations of human existence. Traditional orientations and normativity - as far as they can still be perceived as valid - no longer dissolve or are dissolving. And innovative visions are still without support and foundation, this applies above all to compensatory escape projections into trans- and/or posthuman substitute spaces. Global crises indicate processes of change and necessary transition - currently still without a model and in aberrative pseudo-domination from the immanence of the real. So has man entered the present as Homo Sapiens and is now being released into a future of his civilizations as Homo Genesis? Today's evolutionary movement describes a kind of Copernican change and requires a quantum leap: from the center of the individual human beings' Self, from the consciousness of the subject!

The evolution of mankind untill now was essentially based on the external spaces of creation, the biosphere and geosphere. Today, in the Anthropocene, this development from the immanence of the logic of creation - the external universe - has in principle exhausted itself. Now the condensing, concentric expansion of human evolution is required as introversion, as an emancipation process towards inner guidance from the supremacy of consciousness, of spirit. The today's co-creative human being can reverse the entropy into the constructive power of syntropy as a paradigm-opening design of his future. The regress of the object is thus turned inversely into the expansive internalization of the subject and the determination from the immanence of his/her inner universe. In this way, the individual human being leads the whether and how of his/her own and societal parameters of a future - paradigmatically turned: from the immaterial superstructure to the mastery of the material substructure ...

This human, Homo Genesis, is not a superhuman, a posthuman or transhuman humanoid, but all the more transpersonal, a human being, a cultural essence. For he/she emancipates himself/herself from external egocentrism towards the centrality of his/her leading, derived Self. Thinking, reflecting, meditating, contemplating and feeling capacities determine his/her inner leadership as a central, radial driving force of his/her being. This is no longer ego-competitive, but the consequence of inner unlimited absoluteness and totality, then equilibrated in the external individual as societal capacity. With this reversal of thrust, which opens up to infinity, the human consciousness connects with the noosphere as an eternal resonance space of creative individuality and at the same time cosmic-normative universality. After (too) long late-pubescent development, now the evolution of man enters into its actual determination, to shape and to lead the conditioned reality from the determining noumenality. The reasons and potentials for the activation of the human being lie in the self of Homo Sapiens, because Homo Genesis has been present in him for a long time and requires his long overdue emancipatory metamorphosis. - Homo Genesis can be characterized in a first step as follows: ...

Spirit enlivening, life spiritualizing...

autonomous subject, individually and universally controlling consciousness

free will from inner (self-)determination, a priori

clarifying, developing consciousness and inner guidance from the Self

metaphysical, transcendent, noumenally determined

creative from free spirit, fundamentally aesthetic orientation

rest in the supremacy of inner totality and absoluteness, awareness of external relativity

strongly developed self-perception and perception of others, reflected and at the same time intuitive

mastery of cause control through anticipatory effect reference (a priori)

synergetic instead of dialectical, cooperative instead of competitive, i.e. syntropic

highest priority of people and love of humanity

overcome ego as externally guided impulse to act, sovereign and integer, controlled transparent

emancipatory, transformative, evolutionary

communicative and equilibrating (balancing inside - outside, subject - object, etc.)

driving force of equilibrating innovation of individual-social transition, innovation

prioritization of substantial individual-social potentials and facilitation of essential evolutionary processes to ensure hominization and syntropy

transpersonal leadership (especially external) to coordinate authentic, best human characteristics for the expansive development of external freedom spaces and creative design processes

inner and outer connection, especially with the noosphere in the transition to the noocene...

Homo Genesis is not a new, but a transforming human: Being is based and lived from consciousness, i.e. from the inside out. In this current transitional development, it is also crucial that not only the individual understands and experiences himself/herself as Homo Genesis, but that a permanently equilibrating collective consciousness as a cultural human being is increasingly constituted from this. In the transition, this process will appear to be based more on elites or minorities, since in particular any kind of super-ego generation of the masses and their "democratic" quantitative procedures can be ruled out through reason, universal laws of thought and thus spiritual legitimation  (overcoming this classic phenomenon of passing ego worlds and their compensating projections).

The inner and outer leadership capacity of Homo Genesis will convince with a constantly dialogic, expansive, inspiring, balancing, and anticipating effect and will penetrate evolutive  societies in a networking manner. Freedom and peacefulness will coordinate the social worlds and organize them in a synergistic and syntropic way. This diametrical reversal of human entropy into a syntropic exponentially qualifying development is not only a solution to the current crisis, but also the guarantee of a creative humane future of mankind.
